Inventory Plus is designed to help businesses effectively monitor and manage
inventory usage and costs. Inventories can be maintained at multiple warehouse
locations, and usage history can be retained for up to 12 months. Item pricing
is flexible and salesman commissions can be automatically calculated based on
item pricing. Inventory is valued at one of four user-defined costing methods -
Average, Standard, LIFO, or FIFO. Inventory Plus provides serial number control
to enable tracking of unique pieces-facilitated with the physical count feature
using either hand-held scanners or streamlined manual input. Reports available
include the following: Price List, Purchasing Advice, Physical Count Worksheet,
Item Stock Status, Inventory Valuation, Inventory Usage, and Serial Report by
Vendor, Customer, and Item. A unique feature of lnventory Plus is the ability
to analyze trends in inventory movement - fast or slow turning items, over- and
understocked conditions, ranking by inventory value and actual sales, and
off-price sales activity (markdowns and discount). Inventory Plus can function
independently, or in conjunction with Synchronics Point of Sale, Order Entry
Plus, Kits Plus, and RealWorld Business Software.
